Subject Leader of Business Studies and Economics - Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Business Studies and Economics department to maintain high standards of teaching and learning
- Develop and deliver a dynamic curriculum that challenges students and fosters a passion for the subject
- Foster a supportive, inclusive environment where all students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally
- Work closely with faculty leaders to implement effective teaching strategies and ensure student success
- Inspire students to reach beyond their expectations and pursue their ambitions in Business, Economics, and beyond
- Contribute to the wider school community and be part of a team that works collaboratively for the benefit of all students
Subject Leader of Business Studies and Economics - Key Requirements:
- Expertise in Business Studies and Economics, with experience teaching KS4 and KS5
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team
- Passionate about nurturing students and supporting their academic and personal growth
- A creative, innovative approach to teaching, with a focus on raising standards and driving student progress
- A commitment to professional development and improving teaching practice
- A belief in the power of education to transform lives and the desire to make a positive impact
