And now, They're looking for a Store Manager to join our pack.
Responsibilities: - Run the daily operations of the store, managing sales, customer service, presentation standards, and inventory like a boss
- Craft and implement strategies to smash sales targets and boost profitability
- Train and supervise the store team, ensuring they become a shining beacon of customer service
- Keep a hawk-eye on inventory levels, ensuring they are always stocked up
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional activities that will send their sales through the roof.
Required Experience: - Proven experience in retail management, preferably in an industry where your love for pets will come in handy
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks like a pro
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and manage store operations efficiently
- Proven track record in sales management, with the ability to crunch sales data and develop strategies for improvement
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in managing a team of employees
