Role Overview:

As the Store Manage of our new Cambridge location, you’ll be at the heart of driving the store’s success. Your leadership will cultivate a culture focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring smooth daily operations and contributing to the store’s long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the team in creating memorable customer experiences, offering expert product knowledge, and building lasting relationships.
Drive sales performance, achieving sales targets and KPIs.
Manage team performance through coaching, training, and career development.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and staff performance to deliver **top-tier customer service.
Actively engage in the sales process while building and managing key customer relationships.
