STEM Graduate Teaching Assistant - Person Specification

  • Must hold a 1st or 2:1 degree in a STEM subject (e.g., Maths, Science, Engineering, Technology) from a Russell Group or esteemed university.
  • Passion for Education: A genuine enthusiasm for helping students succeed and a clear interest in pursuing a long-term career in teaching.
  • Subject Mastery: Strong subject knowledge to guide students in complex topics, fostering a deep understanding of the subject matter.
  • Previous experience working with students is beneficial but not essential.

STEM Graduate Teaching Assistant - Job Specification
