As a key player in the Sales team, you will be responsible for enhancing and expanding their digital business within your designated sales territory. You will be tasked with achieving specific sales targets while establishing rapport and building strong relationships with all customers. Your commitment to providing the best possible service will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Job Purpose
- To achieve sales targets set within a given territory selling to commercial businesses, schools, and the public sector.
- To sell the full range of SAAS Solutions available to these sectors, at the authorised profit margin.
- Promote new SAAS products to existing customers, expanding products currently in use and opening new accounts.
Key Accountabilities
- Improve and grow business within the Sales Territory
- Create business plans to achieve targets
- Demonstrate software effectively, using industry knowledge and experience
- Present our range of products to customers/prospects using our methodologies as per sales training
- Establish rapport and build good relationships with all customers
- Achieve set sales targets
- Complete all activity and customer reports in the designated manner
- Give customers the best possible service
- Gain referrals
- Research and revise product and business knowledge to maintain level of understanding
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
- Minimum 12 months’ experience in selling software/SAAS
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
- Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity
- Sales-focused mentality with a real passion for sales
- Experience of video calling e.g. Teams, Zoom, Facetime, Skype
- Excellent listening, negotiating, verbal, and written skills
- Understand sales process and methodology. SPIN selling, GAP selling, solution selling preferable
- Ability to prioritise among competing tasks
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Solid computer literacy and the ability to use a CRM (ideally HubSpot) to collect, update, and use data efficiently

The Package
- Starting salary - up to £40,000
- OTE £80,000 - uncapped
