Duties:
KPI Recruiting is looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Engineering Division based in Warrington.

What will the day-to-day duties involve?
- Identify and engage with new clients to expand our client base and generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates
- Maintain up to date knowledge and in-depth expertise of the external recruitment market
- Use various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify quality candidates.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including interviews, reference checks, and skills assessments, to ensure suitability for client roles.
- Monitor the quality of all candidates and ensure that the adverts and interviews during recruitment process are of a high standard
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and proactively match them with suitable job opportunities.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, such as candidate sourcing, arranging interviews, stakeholder management and offer negotiation
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including interview preparation and feedback.
- Plan to meet the future recruitment needs of Engineering clients and manage expectations
- Assist in ensuring that the end-to-end recruitment process supports a positive candidate and clients experience at all times.
- Work in close conjunction with the wider teams to share best practice and cross sell when able to
What we would like to see from you?
- Full UK driving license
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a recruitment role, specifically within the Engineering market
- Proven business development experience is essential.
- Essential 360 recruitment experience.
- Professional conduct
- Great Attention to detail
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Ability to manage your own time
- Self-starter, with problem solving skills
- Always maintains a sense of humour!
