SEN Teacher / ECT – What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Teaching and supporting students with a range of special educational needs
  • Planning and delivering lessons tailored to the diverse needs of your students
  • Creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment
  • Monitoring student progress, providing feedback, and adjusting teaching methods as needed
  • Collaborating with teaching assistants, the SENCo, and other staff to develop personalised learning plans
  • Building strong relationships with students, parents, and carers to ensure the best outcomes for each child
  • Supporting students’ personal, social, and emotional development

SEN Teacher / ECT – What We’re Looking For:

  • A qualified teacher with QTS, or an ECT with experience working with students with SEN
  • A degree in Education, Special Educational Needs, or a related field
  • A passion for working with students with special educational needs and a commitment to inclusion
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage students, colleagues, and parents
  • Patience, creativity, and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to collaborate with colleagues and grow professionally
