About the Role

As a Secondary School Teacher / ECT, you’ll be delivering high-quality lessons in your specialist subject, inspiring students, and creating a positive classroom culture that promotes learning and growth. Roles are available in core subjects like English, Maths, and Science, as well as Humanities, Languages, PE, Performing Arts, and more.

You will:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the national curriculum
• Support all learners, including those with SEN or EAL
• Track and assess student progress, contributing to data and reports
• Collaborate with colleagues and wider school staff on curriculum planning and pastoral support
• Fully engage in school life and uphold high standards of behaviour and academic achievement

About You

To be considered for a Secondary School Teacher / ECT role in Sheffield, you will need:

• UK QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
• A passion for teaching and inspiring young minds
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Commitment to professional growth and continuous improvement
