About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administration Assistant to join a well-established and thriving company. In this role, you’ll provide vital support to the Sales team, ensuring that customers receive a seamless and professional experience. From processing orders to building lasting customer relationships, you’ll be at the heart of a busy, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inquiries via phone and email, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Process sales orders, manage goods returns, and handle related queries.
- Keep systems updated and accurate, ensuring smooth operations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Assist with supplier orders, progress updates, and other essential tasks to keep the team running smoothly.
- React flexibly to urgent issues and contribute to resolving challenges effectively.

Skills and Experience
- Strong keyboard and computer skills, ideally with experience using Office 365.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proven organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- A customer-focused mindset and a passion for solving problems.
- Experience in a similar administrative or customer service role (preferred but not essential).
