Sales Administrator (part-time)

Location: Stoke-on-Trent

Hours: Monday to Friday, 4/5 hours per day

Salary: £13 - £15 per hour

The role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised part-time Sales Administrator to support our sales team. In this role, you will handle administrative tasks such as managing customer orders, updating sales records, assisting with invoicing, and providing customer service support. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, and have a proactive attitude. This position offers flexible hours and a collaborative work environment, making it perfect for someone looking to balance work with other commitments.

Main duties:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for potential customers and members via phone, email, WhatsApp, and website inquiries
  • Process sales inquiries and new member enrollments with a focus on excellent customer care
  • Manage and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Handle incoming and outgoing documentation, ensuring compliance, safeguarding, and quality assurance records are maintained
  • Oversee office management tasks, including scheduling and performance reporting
  • Contribute to the improvement and modernization of administrative processes using digital solutions
  • Manage trial visits, class schedules, staff rotas, event preparations, and parking arrangements
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of all operations and activities

  • Positive, proactive, and self-driven approach, with practical experience in organizing and managing the administration of a busy small business office
  • Commitment to effective and efficient office administration, ensuring strong customer (member) care standards and actively supporting day-to-day company operations
