What will day to day duties involve?

-          Creating job adverts to attract candidates

-          Headhunting and sourcing candidates

-          Shortlisting and screening CVs

-          Registering candidates and monitoring compliance

-          Managing existing clients and generating new business leads

-          Networking with candidates and clients

-          Market Research on competitors and to gain leads
