Duties:
KPI Recruiting have an exciting opportunity based at our Feltham office, working within our Driving team as a Recruitment Consultant.
- Sector: Industrial
- Working Hours: 08:30am – 5:30pm
- Location: Feltham Office
- Full 360 Recruitment role, focusing on the development of our Driving client base.

Required Skills:
- 360 recruitment Experience
- Experience in Sales / Business Development
- Full driving license
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to build and maintain positive long-lasting relationships
Day to Day duties:
- Build strong and effective relationships with both existing clients and new business clients
- Identifying new client opportunities and negotiating fees confidently
- Actively follow the weekly sales cycle to contribute to the growth of KPI Recruiting
- Focus on developing KPI Recruiting’s client base within the Driving sector
- Source and pre-screen quality candidates to place into temporary or permanent roles within our clients’ sites
- Assist candidates throughout the recruitment process, helping with registrations, ensuring time sheets are completed, monitoring holidays etc.
- Ensuring compliance is up to date in line with government guidelines
- Monitor the quality of all candidates and ensure that adverts during recruitment process are of a high standard.
- Actively keep in contact with candidates to maintain a strong relationship, and understand their availability for work
- Assist in ensuring that the end-to-end recruitment process supports a positive candidate experience at all times
