Duties:
Are you detail-oriented, self-motivated, and passionate about maintaining high standards? My client is seeking a Quality Assurance Assistant to support in ensuring our products meet the highest quality benchmarks. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, confident, work well under pressure, and be an excellent team player with strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Checking records from the factory quality documentation.
- Audits on quality aspects of production.
- Closing and raising non-conformances and reviewing weekly trends.
- Validations for staff in production, all associated with quality.
- Involvement in customer and external audits.
- Any other duties/projects that are within skills and ability.
Required:
- Be methodical with meticulous attention to detail and work with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to challenge, and see things through.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate to all levels in the business.
- Be computer literate.
- Proven ability working as a team and autonomously.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment would be useful but not essential, as full training will be provided.
