As a PVG Sous Chef your working hours and days are:

• Monday- Friday
• 07:00- 15:00

The rate of pay as a PVG Sous Chef is:

• £18.00- £20.00 p/h

The duties and responsibilities as a PVG Sous Chef are:

• Cooking and preparing high quality dishes
• Being responsible for health and safety
• Being responsible for food hygiene practices 
• Ensuring food quality and excellent standards are maintained for all dishes created
• Ensuring the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines
• 200 covers

The ideal candidate for a PVG Sous Chef would need:

• PVG/DBS
• Food Hygiene Level 2
