Duties:

Purchase ledger

Duration: Temp – Perm

Location: Runcorn

Salary: £24,000 - £28,000

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

Key Duties

  • Process supplier invoices and match them to purchase orders
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
  • Responding to supplier inquiries and manage invoice queries
  • Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
  • Maintaining digital and physical financial records
  • Supporting month end processing by posting routine journals
  • Setting up customer and supplier accounts

Key Skills Required

  • IT literate
  • Experienced within a finance team
  • Experience working on SAGE is preferred
