Purchase ledger
Duration: Temp – Perm
Location: Runcorn
Salary: £24,000 - £28,000
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
Key Duties
- Process supplier invoices and match them to purchase orders
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
- Responding to supplier inquiries and manage invoice queries
- Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Maintaining digital and physical financial records
- Supporting month end processing by posting routine journals
- Setting up customer and supplier accounts
Key Skills Required
- IT literate
- Experienced within a finance team
- Experience working on SAGE is preferred
