KPI Recruiting are looking for a Picker and Packer who is driven, energetic individuals for an immediate start with our client based in Andover. In this role, you will ensure that stock is accurately processed while maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities for the a Picker and Packer team:

• Ensure that all stock leaving the warehouse is accurate and documented correctly.
• Keep all picking aisles clear, free from rubbish and hazards while processing each order.
• Report any breakages or discrepancies immediately.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment at all times.
• Assist with stock relocation within the warehouse as required.

Requirements for the Role as a Picker and Packer:

• Previous warehouse experience.
• Ability to work well individually or in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptable and positive attitude.
• Reliable and hardworking with good time-keeping skills.

Working Hours & Pay as a Picker and Packer are:

• 6am-2pm Sunday to Thursday (Day Shift)
• 2pm-10pm Monday to Friday (Noon Shift)
• 2pm-10pm Sunday to Thursday (Noon Shift)
• 8am-4pm Monday to Friday (Day Shift)
• £12.30 per hour for day shifts
• £12.70 per hour for noon shifts
