• Assembling control panels to given wiring diagrams and parts lists
• You must have previous experience in the safe use of hand tools, high standards of workmanship and able to read schematic drawings
• Assembling ancilliary parts 
• Liaise with Engineers, Stores and Design departments with anomalies pertaining to design/manufacture
• Record keeping of completion of jobs/times
• Maintain and assist in improving company procedures where possible
• Any other duties as deemed necessary
• Identify training needs

Skills & Experience

• Experience of working in a similar role
• Understanding of control system functionality and components
• Proficient in reading schematic diagrams
• Mechanical assembly skills
• Forming of cables
• Component recognition
• Team player
• Technical qualifications pertaining to production manufacture or engineering
