Location: Top Secondary School, Camden, London
Contract Type: Full-Time, Term-Time Only
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Start Date: January 2025

The Role

As an Oxbridge Graduate Academic Mentor, you will:

  • Provide tailored academic support to GCSE and A-Level students in preparation for their exams.
  • Work closely with students aspiring to attend top universities, including Oxbridge and Russell Group institutions.
  • Assist with lesson planning, lead small group sessions, and provide one-on-one mentoring to address individual learning needs.
  • Play a pastoral role, supporting students’ well-being and confidence.
  • Contribute to extracurricular activities, including clubs and academic competitions.

About You

We are looking for exceptional graduates who:

  • Have a degree (minimum 2:1) from Oxbridge or a Russell Group university, ideally in subjects such as English, Maths, Science, or Humanities.
  • Are passionate about education and inspiring young minds.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate adaptability, resilience, and a proactive approach.
  • May have prior experience working with young people (desirable but not essential).
