OUTBOUND CUSTOMER SERVICE

My client is looking to recruit a professional customer focussed candidate to join their team.

Main responsibilities;  

-          Making outbound calls to potential customers– up to c50 calls per day

-          Conducting pre-qualifying questionnaires clients to check eligibility for applications  

-          Diarising call backs with customers, actioning accordingly

-          Communicating with customers via email

-          Building relationships with customers to ensure you are their preferred supplier

-          Scheduling appointments on behalf of engineers

-          Obtaining accurate documentation and information from customers to support applications

-          Handling administrative tasks in an effective, organised manner
