Duties:
OFFICE & ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR
SKELMERSDALE
£27K per annum
TEMP TO PERMANENT, FULL TIME
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls / emails
- Producing quotes for customers
- Processing sales orders and entering onto the Sage system
- Arranging daily DPD collections
- Arranging daily foreign shipments, including customs declarations
- Matching purchase invoices to delivery notes
- Coding invoices using Sage
- Processing supplier payments
- Monthly statement reconciliations
The successful candidate will:
- Have a good working knowledge of both Sage and Excel
- Be available to start asap
- Have good communication skills both written and verbally
