Duties:

OFFICE & ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR

SKELMERSDALE

£27K per annum 

TEMP TO PERMANENT, FULL TIME

Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming calls / emails
  • Producing quotes for customers
  • Processing sales orders and entering onto the Sage system
  • Arranging daily DPD collections
  • Arranging daily foreign shipments, including customs declarations
  • Matching purchase invoices to delivery notes
  • Coding invoices using Sage
  • Processing supplier payments
  • Monthly statement reconciliations

The successful candidate will:

  • Have a good working knowledge of both Sage and Excel
  • Be available to start asap
  • Have good communication skills both written and verbally
