Maths Graduate Teaching Assistant
Location: Outstanding Secondary School & Sixth Form, Harborne, Birmingham
Salary: £500 per week
Contract: Full-time, Placement for the remainder of this academic year

About the Role: Maths Graduate Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a passionate Maths Graduate Teaching Assistant to join our high-performing Secondary School and Sixth Form in Harborne, Birmingham. As part of our dedicated team, you will support students aged 11-18, helping them excel in Maths and develop their confidence in the subject.

As a Maths Graduate Teaching Assistant you will:

• Assist teachers in delivering engaging Maths lessons across KS3, KS4, and KS5.
• Work 1:1 and in small groups with students to provide targeted intervention and support.
• Help students with exam preparation and study skills.
• Gain first-hand experience in classroom management and lesson planning.
• Be mentored by experienced teachers who will guide and support your development.

Requirements: Maths Graduate Teaching Assistant

• A 1st or 2:1 degree in Mathematics (essential).
• Matching A level and GCSE's are a must
• A strong desire to pursue a career in teaching.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire students.
• Enthusiasm, resilience, and a passion for helping young people succeed.
