Are you a creative and results-driven marketing professional with a passion for developing innovative marketing strategies? We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our growing team.

As the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our marketing campaigns, managing our marketing budget, and leading a team to ensure the continued growth and success of the business. Your expertise in B2B marketing, content creation, and event management will be critical as you develop and implement strategies to position our brand at the forefront of the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop Marketing Strategies:

You will be responsible for creating comprehensive marketing strategies to support the growth and brand development in the B2B sector. This requires:

  • A deep understanding of B2B marketing principles, including the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop campaigns that target key decision-makers in the industrial, manufacturing, and infrastructure sectors.
  • Conducting market research to gather insights on competitors, customer needs, and industry trends.
  • Collaborating with senior management to define marketing goals that align with the company’s strategic vision and objectives.
  • Developing long-term and short-term marketing plans with measurable KPIs to ensure effectiveness.

2. Campaign Execution:

As Marketing Manager, you will take charge of leading and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels:

  • Plan, implement, and monitor both digital and offline marketing campaigns across various platforms such as email, social media, website, print media, and trade publications.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and effective delivery of campaign content and assets.
  • Track campaign performance and analyze results to ensure goals are being met, and take necessary action to optimize campaigns for better results.
  • Utilize data and analytics to refine campaigns and deliver actionable insights for future marketing initiatives.

3. Event Management:

A key aspect of your role will be overseeing the organization and execution of industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows:

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of events, exhibitions, and conferences that promote the company to the wider industry.
  • Ensure that events are fully aligned with the company’s brand identity and marketing objectives.
  • Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees and exhibitors.
  • Engage with external partners, suppliers, and agencies to ensure events run smoothly and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of events post-attendance, gathering attendee feedback and measuring ROI.

4. Budgeting and Line Management:

You will be responsible for overseeing the marketing budget and managing the marketing team to ensure maximum efficiency and impact:

  • Develop, monitor, and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring costs remain within agreed limits and providing regular financial reports to senior management.
  • Ensure resources are allocated effectively across various marketing activities to achieve the best return on investment.
  • Manage and support a small team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and development opportunities to help them succeed.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team, motivating staff to meet objectives and maintain a positive work environment.

5. Content Creation:

You will lead content creation across multiple channels to ensure the company’s message is clear, engaging, and informative:

  • Develop high-quality content, including blogs, case studies, brochures, product descriptions, and whitepapers, to support lead generation and brand awareness efforts.
  • Create engaging and informative social media posts, email newsletters, and website content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the company’s tone of voice, branding guidelines, and marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and technical teams to create accurate, compelling, and customer-centric content that highlights products and solutions.

6. Visual Concept Creation:

Working closely with design teams, you will be responsible for creating and overseeing visual concepts that support the marketing campaigns:

  • Develop visual concepts for campaigns, product promotions, and event materials that align with the company brand and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Provide creative direction for the design and layout of print and digital materials, ensuring high-quality visuals that capture attention and deliver clear messaging.
  • Ensure consistency in branding across all marketing collateral, including online and offline assets, to reinforce brand recognition and trust.

7. Feedback Integration:

As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing feedback from customers, stakeholders, and team members to continuously improve marketing efforts:

  • Collect and evaluate feedback from customers, sales teams, and external partners to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Use customer insights and data to make informed decisions about future marketing strategies and improve the customer journey.
  • Implement a feedback loop to refine and enhance existing marketing processes and ensure that future campaigns are increasingly effective.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Knowledge: Familiar with content management systems, particularly Magento 2, to efficiently manage and update website content.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a B2B marketing environment, particularly within industrial, engineering, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Qualifications/Education/Training:
    • High standard of Verbal & Written English, with the ability to create clear, engaging, and effective marketing communications.
    • Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to oversee the creation of visuals for campaigns and collateral.
