The school is looking for the perfect candidate to support a challenging Year 2 class where someone with experience in challenging situations could make a real difference to the every day running of the classroom.
As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant within this Primary School, your role will be to provide essential support to class teachers by implementing strategies for children consistently struggling with the daily basics of school life. Your primary focus will be catering to the unique learning requirements of students with diverse needs. In this role, you will provide valuable assistance to teaching professionals, execute pre-planned lessons, and offer personal support to students with SEN.
This school is passionate about creating a positive learning environment for these children, and as a team it is imperative that the staff can fulfil this passion by making lessons and activities as accessible and enjoyable as possible. This role is to start as soon as possible, and there is the potential for a permanent contract at the end of the academic year for the right individual.
