Hours: 8:30AM-4:00PM Mon-Friday

Graduate Unqualified Teacher: Candidate Specification

-          Recent 2:1 or higher Graduate from a top-30 University in core subjects like (Maths, English, Science, Humanities, MFL, or Computing) who are eager to become Unqualified Teachers

-          Experience working with students (mentoring, tutoring, coaching) – desirable but not essential

-          Strong communication and interpretation skills

-          Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team but also independently

-          Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons across different subjects

-          Plan, mark, and assess students' work, contributing to their academic success

-          Use your fresh perspective to create a stimulating and inspiring learning environment

-          Provide extra support to students who are struggling to catch up with peers through 1-1 mentoring
