Graduate Teaching Assistant – MFL – Job Description
Support the MFL department
Work in class, in small groups and 1-2-1
Boost attainment and engagement in MFL
Bring an element of culture and joy to the adoption of language and culture
Work with 5 dedicated and high calibre MFL teachers
Understand the demands of a teaching career
Monday to Friday – 8.30am to 4.15pm each day
Earn £540 per week plus additional benefits
September start – placement for the entire academic year
Salaried teacher training available from September 2025

Graduate Teaching Assistant – MFL – Person Specification
1^st or 2.1 degree in French, Spanish or both
Must be fluent in one and at least mid to high in the other
Matching A levels and GCSEs are a must
Ideal for a future teacher – or a graduate who wishes to see if teaching is right for them
