Positions: 2 vacancies (1 x Maths, 1 x Science)

We are seeking two Graduate Teaching Assistants to join our Good and Outstanding graded secondary school in Middleton Park, Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with experienced educators, develop your teaching skills, and make a meaningful impact in the classroom.
Key Responsibilities - Graduate Teaching Assistant - Maths & Science
• Support the teaching and learning of Maths or Science students across KS3 and KS4.
• Assist teachers in preparing lesson materials and delivering engaging classroom activities.
• Provide 1:1 and small group support to students, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their potential.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes a love for learning.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff.
About You - Graduate Teaching Assistant - Maths & Science
• A 1st Class or 2:1 degree in Maths or Science (or closely related disciplines).
• Strong academic background, including matching A-Level and GCSE qualifications in your subject.
• A passion for education with aspirations to pursue a career in teaching.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to working full-time for the remainder of this academic year (minimum).
