• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage students.
• Previous experience working with young people (mentoring, tutoring, or volunteering) is beneficial but not essential.
• Adaptable, patient, and enthusiastic, with a proactive approach to learning support.

Graduate Teaching Assistant – Job Specification:

• Full-time, long-term Graduate Teaching Assistant role.
• Competitive earnings of up to £560 per week.
• Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons across various subjects.
• Work with students one-on-one and in small groups, providing tailored academic support.
• Assist with lesson planning, classroom management, and student engagement.
• Help prepare students for GCSE and A-Level success, supporting both high-achievers and those needing extra help.
• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM, term-time only.
