- Graduated with a 2.1 or higher in Maths/English/Science/History/Geography/MFL/Computer Science or a related subject
- Strong academic background through GCSEs and A Levels

- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills
- Previous experience working with children (desirable but not essential)
Graduate Teaching Assistant – Job Specification:
- Help prepare learning materials and resources
- Assist with classroom management and create an inclusive learning environment
- Supporting children who may have fallen behind in some subjects by offering 1:1 or small group interventions
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers
