Graduate Teaching Assistant – Candidate Specification

• 2:1 or higher degree in a core subject such as English, Maths, Science, Humanities, or a related discipline.
• Strong academic background with a desire to support GCSE and A-Level students.
• A confident, proactive, and engaging personality with excellent communication skills.
• Prior experience in mentoring, tutoring, or working with young people is advantageous but not essential.
• Aspiring teachers who want to develop their classroom skills and pedagogy.

Graduate Teaching Assistant – Job Specification

• Full-time, long-term Graduate Teaching Assistant role
• Competitive earnings of up to £500 per week.
• Work closely with teachers to deliver engaging lessons and provide classroom support.
• Assist students in small-group and one-to-one sessions, helping to boost academic progress.
• Support pupils in GCSE and A-Level preparation, reinforcing key concepts and exam techniques.
• Gain experience in lesson planning, behaviour management, and differentiation.
• Sociable working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM.
