About the Graduate STEM Teaching Assistant Role:

  • Earn up to £550 per week
  • Full-time, long-term Graduate STEM Teaching Assistant role
  • Sociable working hours: 8-4, Mon/Fri

As a Graduate STEM Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with teachers to support the learning of students across Science, Maths, and other STEM-based subjects. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with lesson delivery and practical science experiments
  • Providing one-to-one or small group interventions for students needing extra support
  • Helping manage classroom behaviour and student engagement
  • Supporting the learning needs of students with varying abilities, including SEN
  • Encouraging students to build confidence and interest in STEM topics

This Graduate STEM Teaching Assistant role is full-time, Monday to Friday, and term-time only. It offers exceptional hands-on experience and is a fantastic foundation for those looking to apply for a PGCE or teacher training route in the future.
