Graduate STEM Teaching Assistant – The Role:

As a Graduate STEM Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Earn up to £520 per week
  • Support students across Science, Technology, Engineering, and Maths in both one-to-one and small group settings.
  • Work closely with teachers to deliver engaging and interactive lessons, reinforcing key subject concepts.
  • Help to set up practical experiments and demonstrations in science and technology subjects.
  • Provide targeted intervention to students who may need additional support to reach their academic potential.

Graduate STEM Teaching Assistant – Candidate Requirements:

We are looking for ambitious and enthusiastic graduates who:

  • Have a 2:1 degree or higher in a STEM-related subject (Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, Computer Science, etc.).
  • Are passionate about STEM education and encouraging students to achieve their best.
  • Have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Are eager to gain classroom experience and develop their own teaching skills.
  • Have previous experience working with young people, such as tutoring, mentoring, coaching, or volunteering (desirable but not essential).
