About the Role:

• Working 1:1 and with small groups of students to deliver targeted speech and language interventions.
• Supporting students in developing communication, social interaction, and independence skills.
• Collaborating with the school’s Speech & Language Therapist and teachers to implement individualized strategies.
• Monitoring student progress and adapting approaches to meet their needs effectively.
• Assisting with classroom activities and ensuring a safe, engaging learning environment.

The Ideal Candidate:

• A degree in Speech & Language Therapy, Psychology, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
• A genuine interest in supporting children with SEN and communication challenges.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a proactive attitude towards learning and development.
• Previous experience working with children (desirable but not essential).
