Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant – Key Role Information:

  • Full-time, long-term position – ideal for building meaningful experience in education.
  • Earn up to £520 per week.
  • Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support to students with SEN, including Autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, and SEMH needs.
  • Help keep students engaged in lessons and promote positive behaviour.

What We’re Looking For – Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant:

  • A 2:1 degree or above in any subject – Psychology, Education or related fields are particularly welcome.
  • A genuine interest in supporting children and young people with additional needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, patience, and emotional resilience.
  • Previous experience working with young people – through volunteering, tutoring, youth work or similar – is highly desirable.
