Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant – Job Specification

• Earn up to £550 a week
• Long-term, full-time role
• One-to-one role
• Very hands-on role with strong opportunity to progress
• Supporting a young person
• Gain invaluable SEN and classroom experience towards a future career in education
• Based in the Birmingham area
• Working hours 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant – Candidate Specification

• Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant
• A 2:1 or higher in Psychology, Health and Social Care or related
• A strong, empathetic character with a passion for education
• Resilient character with a legitimate interest to support SEN
• Able to be professional whilst adhering to boundaries
• Excellent at communication, time management, organisation, and team work
• Able to take initiative and pay close attention to details
• Social work / Caring / SEN experience (desired not essential)
