Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant

Stoke-on-Trent based Primary School – Up to £500

KPi Education is ecstatic to work with an amazing Primary School based in Stoke-on-Trent. This modern and well facilitated Primary school, are now looking for a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant to join their talented team of educators in February 2025 with the potential to progress!

Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant – Candidate Specification

  • Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant
  • A 2:1 or higher in psychology or related subjects
  • A strong, bright character with a passion for education
  • Able to be professional whilst adhering to boundaries
  • Excellent at communication, time management, organisation, and team work
  • Able to take initiative and pay close attention to details
  • Experience in a caring/SEN background desirable (not essential)

Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant – Job Specification

  • Earn up to £500 a week
  • Long-term, full-time Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant role
  • Hands-on role with strong opportunity to progress
  • Supporting children with SEND / SEMH
  • Preparing children for the transition to Primary School
  • Providing academic support on a 1:1 basis with some potential small group interventions
  • Gain invaluable SEN and general classroom experience towards a future career in education
  • Based in the Stoke-on-Trent area
  • Working hours 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
