Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant – Key Requirements:

• A 2:1 degree or higher in a relevant subject (e.g., Psychology, Education, Sociology, or similar)
• A passion for working with children, especially those with special educational needs
• Patience, empathy, and a calm, flexible approach to supporting students
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor your approach to meet individual needs
• A genuine desire to pursue a career in education, particularly in SEN, and a commitment to professional growth
