In this Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant role, you will work closely with students with a range of special educational needs, including autism, dyslexia, and emotional/behavioural challenges. Your role will involve providing tailored one-to-one and small group support, helping students access the curriculum, develop social skills, and build their confidence both inside and outside the classroom.

Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant – Key Requirements:
- A 2:1 degree or higher in a relevant subject (e.g., Psychology, Education, Sociology, or similar)
- A passion for working with children, especially those with special educational needs
- Patience, empathy, and a calm, flexible approach to supporting students
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor your approach to meet individual needs
- A genuine desire to pursue a career in education, particularly in SEN, and a commitment to professional growth
