Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant Role:

• Competitive salary of £500 per week
• Full-time, long-term Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant role based in Newcastle
• Sociable working hours between 8:00 and 4:00, Monday to Friday
• Support students 1:1 and in small groups, addressing their unique learning, emotional, and social needs
• Collaborate with SEN specialists, therapists, and teaching staff to create tailored support plans
• Gain training in behaviour management, de-escalation techniques, and safe physical restraint methods
• Help identify triggers and implement effective interventions to ensure students thrive in a safe and nurturing environment
