Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant – Coventry-based School – Earn up to £500 per week – ASAP Interview and Start

KPi Education is looking for a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a school in Coventry. In this Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant role, you will work closely with students who have diverse learning needs, supporting them in their academic studies and helping them develop the skills they need to succeed.

As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support students with a range of special educational needs, including but not limited to learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, and emotional or behavioural challenges. You will help create a positive and inclusive learning environment, assist with classwork, and provide tailored support that helps students build confidence and achieve their academic goals. You’ll also work closely with teachers and SEN specialists to ensure each student receives the best possible support.

Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant Key Details:

  • Earn up to £500 per week

Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant Key Skills & Requirements:

  • 2:1 or above in any degree subject
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students
  • Passionate about working with young people with SEN
  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards inclusive education
  • Experience working with young people (desirable, but not essential)
