Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant Role:

  • Competitive pay rate of up to £520 per week
  • Full-time, long-term Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant role at a specialist school in Sheffield
  • Sociable working hours of 8:00 – 4:00, Monday to Friday
  • Support students aged 11-19 with complex learning, communication, and speech needs as well as other SEN
  • Provide 1:1 and small group interventions to improve communication skills and foster independence
  • Collaborate with Speech and Language Therapists, SEN teachers, and support staff to create tailored strategies
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment that supports social, emotional, and academic growth
  • Gain hands-on experience for careers in Speech and Language Therapy, Educational Psychology, or SEN education
