Bradford – Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant – Full-time – Up to £500 a week

About This Role

As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be instrumental in providing day-to-day support for SEN students, working closely with teachers to deliver tailored lessons. Responsibilities include:

  • Offering one-on-one and group support for students with various learning and behavioural needs
  • Supporting students with emotional and social challenges to create a positive learning environment.
  • Helping students develop independence and confidence in both academic and personal tasks.

This is a unique opportunity for graduates who are passionate about SEN education and are looking to develop their careers in teaching, psychology, or social care.

Key Requirements:

  • A recent degree (Russell Group preferred) and a passion for education.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A commitment to understanding and supporting students with SEN.
  • Experience in a school setting or volunteering with children with special needs is advantageous but not required.
