The school is respected specialist school in Kettering looking for a compassionate and dedicated Student’s to support students with a range of needs, including autism spectrum disorder (ASD), learning difficulties, and behavioural challenges. This is an ideal role for someone who is eager to take a stepping stone in fast tracking your career
What You'll Do: Graduate SEN / Learning Support Assistant
- Support students with SEN on a one-to-one basis or in small groups.
- Assist with access to the curriculum and provide help with social and emotional development.
- Collaborate with SEN professionals to create individualized learning strategies.
- Encourage students to develop their academic skills and self-confidence.
- Provide a calm, supportive environment where all students can thrive.
