Hours: 8:30AM-4:00PM Mon-Friday

Graduate SEN Classroom Assistant: Candidate Specification

• A recent 2:1 Graduate in psychology or education (or any related field)
• A strong academic background through GCSE’S and A-Levels
• Prior experience in tutoring, mentoring, or classroom support is advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.

Graduate SEN Classroom Assistant – Job specification

• Full time, long-term Graduate SEN classroom Assistant role – Monday to Friday, term time only
• Earn up to £520 per week while gaining valuable skills and experience in education
• Provide 1-1 support or small ground interventions helping students who are falling behind
• Assist teacher in delivering engaging and interactive lessons, including practical experiments and problem-solving tasks.
