As a Graduate Science Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in the school's journey towards excellence and help students excel in their scientific studies.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Graduate Science Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support the delivery of engaging Science lessons across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
- Provide one-on-one and small-group academic support to students, focusing on areas where they may need additional help.
- Assist in practical experiments and ensure lab safety is maintained.
- Contribute to the preparation of lesson materials and resources.
- Support exam preparation and help raise student attainment.
- Foster a positive and engaging learning environment in the classroom.
- Potentially be developed into a Cover Supervisor role, gaining valuable classroom management experience.

About You:
We are looking for a Graduate Science Teaching Assistant who:
- Holds a 2:1 or First-Class degree in a Science-related subject (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or related).

- Is considering a career in teaching and eager to gain hands-on experience.
- Can work collaboratively with teachers and students in a supportive role.
