Hours: 8:30AM-4:00PM Mon-Friday
Start date: Immediately or September 2025

They are now looking for a dedicated and motivated Graduate Science Classroom Assistant to ensure students receive the support they need to succeed academically and reach their full potential.
Graduate Science Classroom Assistant: Candidate Specification
- Recent or due to Graduate from a Top-30 University with a 2:1 or higher in a Science related degree
- Excellent academic record throughout GCSEs and A-Levels
- Ability to simplify and effectively communicate complex scientific concepts
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to assisting in the classroom and helping students excel
- As a Graduate Science Classroom Assistant, you should be able to work independently and as part of a team to support teaching and learning activities
- Previous experience in a tutoring or educational role is desirable but not essential
Graduate Science Classroom Assistant: Job Description
- Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive and focused learning environment
- Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to the teaching staff as needed
- Support the teacher in managing classroom safety, especially during practical science experiments
- Provide 1-1 or small group support to students who need additional help with coursework
- Help create and maintain a stimulating and organised learning environment
