What You’ll Be Doing as a Graduate Russell Group Teaching Assistant:
- Deliver one-on-one and small group academic support to students across a range of subjects.
- Assist teachers in planning and preparing engaging lesson materials.
- Foster a supportive classroom environment that encourages motivation and participation.
- Inspire high-achieving pupils to aim for top academic results and pursue higher education.
- Work standard school hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm.

About You – Ideal Graduate Russell Group Teaching Assistant Candidate:
We’re looking for a Graduate Russell Group Teaching Assistant who:
- Holds a 2:1 or First-Class degree from a Russell Group university.
- Comes from any academic discipline – all subject backgrounds welcome!
- Has a genuine interest in education and working with young people.
- Is a confident communicator and a strong role model for students.
- May have previous tutoring or school-based experience (beneficial, but not required).
- Is exploring routes into teaching, such as PGCE, Teach First, or School Direct.
