 We are seeking an exceptional Russell Group graduate to join a leading Secondary School in Bradford. The successful candidate will work with academically gifted students to help them maximize their potential and achieve academic excellence in one of the most dynamic educational environments in West Yorkshire.

About You - Graduate Russell Group Teaching Assistant:

• Hold a degree (minimum 2:1) from a Russell Group University or well regarded University .
• Graduates from a number of different subject areas welcome to apply
• Passionate about education and working with young people.
• Become a role model to students aspiring to take a similar path to you
• May have prior experience in tutoring or working in schools (desirable but not essential).
• Are considering teacher training, such as a PGCE, School Direct or Teach First

The Role:

• Earn up to £520 per week
• Long-term, full time Graduate Russell Group Teaching Assistant role starting ASAP
• Work closely with students, providing one-on-one and small-group academic support
• Assist in preparing lesson materials and resources
• Teacher training opportunities from September 2025, 'Teach first' and the evidence only route
• Help manage classroom activities, fostering a positive learning environment
• Contribute to raising student engagement and attainment
• Sociable working hours between 8:00am and 4:00pm, Monday – Friday

As a Graduate Russell Group Teaching Assistant in Bradford, you'll work alongside dedicated teachers and education support staff to provide crucial academic support. You'll have the opportunity to inspire more-able students to achieve their potential, by instilling a genuine passion for learning.
