Graduate Reception Teacher – Candidate Specification

• Qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent) with experience teaching in Early Years or a similar setting
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
• A fun, enthusiastic, and creative approach to teaching
• Excellent communication, organisational, and time-management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently
• Experience supporting children with additional needs (SEN) is desirable but not essential

• Long-term, full-time Graduate Reception Teacher position
