Graduate Psychology Teaching Assistant – key details:
- Graduate Psychology Teaching Assistant
- Full-time Mon-Fri, term-time
- Ideal role for aspiring Educational Psychologists, Teachers or other related careers
- Earn up to £520 per week
- Work closely with the school’s high number of students with EHCPs, particularly in small-groups and 1:1
- Implement Behaviour Management strategies, supporting students with socialisation, establishing routines and emotional regulation
- Support students with academic and pastoral aspects of school life, helping them achieve their potential

They are currently seeking a Graduate Psychology Teaching Assistant to become an integral part of their team.
As Graduate Psychology Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students within the classroom setting. Your responsibilities will include assisting students individually or in small-groups of up to 5, utilising your advanced knowledge in education. Patience, understanding and the ability to form positive relationships with staff and students is critical to success as Graduate Psychology Teaching Assistant.
By offering close guidance and support, in terms of pastoral, social, behavioural, and academic aspects of school, you will help students thrive in this education environment both academically and personally.
