Graduate Psychology Teaching Assistant – Key Requirements:
- A 2:1 degree or higher in Psychology or a related field
- A deep passion for psychology and a strong interest in how it applies to education
- Ability to engage and inspire students in understanding the complexities of human behaviours
- Compassionate, with a strong desire to support students both academically and emotionally
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to build rapport with young learners
- A proactive mindset, with the ability to motivate students to develop a deeper understanding of themselves and the world around them
- A genuine desire to pursue a career in education or psychology, with opportunities for professional development
