Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant | Person Specification

  • Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant
  • Graduate with a 2:1 or above in an Education, Psychology or core subject degree
  • Relevant classroom experience – welcomed but not essential
  • Genuine passion to support primary aged children including SEN
  • Available to start immediately OR in September

Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant | Job Specification

  • Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant role
  • ‘Outstanding’ graded primary school with superb learning facilities
  • Support pupils in 1:1 or small group scenarios
  • Assist class teachers with the running of the classroom
  • Work closely with pupils with additional needs by providing essential support
  • Engage in bespoke training opportunities
  • Full-time role – Monday-Friday – 32.5 hours per week – term-time only
  • Earn £520-550 per week
  • Start date: ASAP or September 2025

As a Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant, you will be expected to work closely with pupils to provide essential support.
